For a family visit, we stayed at the IHG in West Omaha for four nights. the friendly staff made us feel so welcome. the room was clean and had a lovely western view of the sunset. Breakfast had a large assortment of items, both hot and cold, which was a pleasant surprise, and it was all complimentary. the AC worked perfectly, which was crucial for my comfort due to menopausal hot flashes.
Would recommend this hotel.

Coffee/tea making equipment, a writing table and ironing facilities available in the queen room. Feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, comfortable bed.

It had marvellous location, so close to the outskirts of Omaha and golf course and bars, restaurants and coffee. It also was in a quiet neighborhood. The a double room was new-fashioned, included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The food selection was good.

My husband and I appreciated being there; it's an excellent hotel. the room was updated, clean, and had amenities like a safe, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - They had walk-in showers. - the staff were pleasant and accommodating, day and night.

The staff here was really helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable, while the room had a big bathroom; this place is in a convenient spot, great for getting around and close to a golf course, the airport, and the edges of the city.

Enjoyed a clean room, but disappointed when only 3 towels were provided for a family of 4. the missing shower mat made it uncomfortable. Appreciated the efforts to address issues promptly. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

My toddler and I thoroughly enjoyed the incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable hotel. the staff was very amiable and responsive to what I asked for. 3. the venue had a nice and best possible location really close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the outskirts of Omaha.
